At Powerpax we are committed to assisting customers through the complete design cycle and beyond through product knowledge and high levels of customer service. We can assist in the early stages of design by identifying suitable products for the application, providing technical support and organising samples for prototyping. In addition to local support we are also able to offer further support from Mornsun to assist with in-depth support requirements.
As projects move into production we can provide commercial support to ensure that the supply chain operates in accordance with customer requirements whether that be single drop, scheduled, call off or other types of delivery requirements.
An account manager is appointed for each customer to provide a direct and personal service for all aspects relating to each project. All of our account managers have many years’ experience in power conversion and also possess in-depth commercial knowledge so that a single point of contact can assist with all of the customers’ requirements.
PowerPax achieved ISO 9000 certification in September 2008 as an integral part of its commitment to improving all areas of the business including the quality and environmental impact of the products we offer.
